Canceling Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@calmnests.com or +1 607-423-7613. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the current status of your order.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. If you need to cancel, contact us before processing begins.

Canceling After Shipment
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You have two options:
• Refuse delivery when the package arrives, and it will be returned to us
• Accept delivery and initiate a return following our Returns & Refund Policy

If you refuse delivery or return the item, you will receive a refund according to our standard refund process. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for standard cancellations.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Cancelable Items
Final sale items, customized products, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
