Warranty Coverage
CalmNests warrants that products purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To file a DOA claim:

• Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide one of the following remedies:
• Replacement of the defective product

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Warranty Claims After 48 Hours
For defects discovered after the 48-hour DOA window, please contact us at info@calmnests.com. We will evaluate your claim on a case-by-case basis and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects.

Returns for Warranty Claims
If a return is required for a warranty claim, we will provide a prepaid return label. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
