What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices displayed include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.

When will my payment be charged?
Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders of $119.99 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders under $119.99 have a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at info@calmnests.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on processing status. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Are original shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@calmnests.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
